Shipping

Orders are currently shipped to U.S. addresses. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time. Any estimated production timeframe provided for a custom order is separate from shipping transit time.

Standard U.S. shipping is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has been shipped.

Final Sale Policy

All Brie & Needle sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other personal preferences.

This policy applies to ready-made, sale, custom, personalized, altered, and made-to-order items.

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect, please contact Brie & Needle within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page.

Please include your order information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect. We will review the issue and contact you regarding the appropriate resolution.

Normal variations associated with handmade products, natural characteristics of materials such as leather, and normal wear and tear are not considered defects.
