Products & Handmade Variations

Brie & Needle offers handmade, custom, and individually produced goods. Handmade items and natural materials may have variations in color, texture, pattern placement, dimensions, stitching, or other details. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change. Many Brie & Needle products are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Inventory

We make reasonable efforts to keep website inventory accurate. If an inventory error occurs and an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the order and an appropriate resolution.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization instructions, measurements, sizing information, and other requested details. Reference photographs are used as inspiration and do not guarantee an exact reproduction.

A custom-order request does not guarantee that Brie & Needle will accept or be able to complete the requested project. Pricing, materials, design details, and estimated production time may be discussed before a custom order is confirmed.

Final Sale

All sales are final. Brie & Needle does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other personal preferences.

If an item arrives with a defect, you must contact Brie & Needle within 7 days of delivery. Defect claims are subject to the requirements described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Shipping

Processing and shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside Brie & Needle's control may affect delivery after an order has shipped.
